Schools ‘road trip’ continues to Manchester and Glasgow

Wednesday, 26.Sep.2012

Into the second week of UK Partner School visits, Bhubesi Pride’s Richard Bennett and Wilderness Expertise’s Georgia Yurkwich-Spink moved to the north of England yesterday and then into Scotland today, visiting North Chadderton in Manchester and Holyrood in Glasgow.

Following up with opportunities to discuss their developing links with African schools in Tanzania (North Chadderton) and Malawi (Holyrood), the visiting pair also discussed the possible facilitation of UK school expeditions to their African link schools. Holyrood continues to do terrific project work in Malawi already and we hope future visits can incorporate Lilongwe based rural school, Mngwangwa.

Richard and Georgia are set to visit Cumbria based school Sedbergh tomorrow
