Fundraising activities
Support Bhubesi Pride by fundraising at your school, rugby club, sports club, workplace, and with your friends and family…
- Compete in an organised sporting event near you, a running race, cycle ride, sponsored swim, walk or hike
- Run a fundraising activity, like an ‘African themed day’, activities fair, charity sports match or a ‘non-uniform’ day
- Host an exclusive event, like a charity dinner or dance, inviting friends, colleagues and honoured guests
Where will the money go?
Funds raised will be used directly for the delivery and implementation of Bhubesi Pride’s ongoing projects:
- Mass participation sport-for-development work with all African partner schools
- Providing African staff and pupils with relevant equipment and resources (such as balls, bibs, cones and education guides)
- Continually developing international relationships between schools in the UK and schools [and NGOs] in Africa, identifying further areas for development in the long-term, such as improved classrooms, sports pitches and many more initiatives
