Zambian development offer Tom Chaloba discusses the power of rugby in Kabwe, its wider impact and his own story

Tom Chaloba, 37, is an active and busy project manager for Get into Rugby, Zambia, a club coach, youth rugby coordinator and founder of Die Hard Rugby in Kabwe.

Tom has worked with Bhubesi Pride Foundation since 2015 and was awarded a Bill McLaren Foundation bursary in 2017 to join an expedition leg with the charity into Botswana.
